This blog is all about self help and personal development and what it takes for you to feel better, what it takes for you to have peace, joy and pleasure in your life. As a Master Teacher, I am always amazed at how simple, easy and fast life goes in your favor the moment you learn how to align with life instead of fighting it.
We cover a lot of territory on this blog because everything is interconnected. Transformation touches every area of your life* and the funny thing is you can’t avoid transformation even if you wanted to. So whether it is what’s going on inside you or what’s going on outside of you. Here is where you learn about connecting up with the part of you, you don’t pay much attention to and begin getting what it is you really want.
*Every area of your life includes your personal life, business life, mental, emotional, psychological and your spiritual life. It also includes your physical and financial health as well.
Rabbit holes a metaphor for waking up or moving into enlightenment.
In the Oneness (Non-duality, Advaita) area there is the concept of nothing being everything, it can be the experience being had in the moment and it can be a challenge putting it into words, which are an aspect of duality.
As an example: Whatever is happening right now is nothing appearing as words on this page and nothing as the spaces between the words and nothing as you reading these words and nothing as the space between you and reading these words. In other words, nothing appearing as everything and anything.
How well does your definition of Love work? Is it practical? How understandable is it? Is it workable? Can others duplicate it? How much sense does it make? Does it make sense physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically, metaphysically, and spiritually?
Light does not destroy Darkness.Light comes out of Darkness and Darkness hides in Light. In the same way Life does not destroy Death. Death is swallowed up in Life. Somewhere within Life death can be found. Death is not accurate because energy, which death is, does not cease to exist. It only changes form.
How do you move from having the feeling of apprehension around Darkness and/or believing in the fear of Death to no longer having the energetic charge that hooks you when you think about Darkness or Death? There are a couple of ways I am aware of. If you want to know more about it contact me… Houston Vetter
Getting to know who and what you are and are not may be the first step in having the kind of life you want using the philosophy of BE, DO, HAVE and yet the sense of a separate identity that does not include everything will still keep you seeking for more. If you decide you want to stop seeking or experience who you really are beyond thinking; or if you just want to feel better. email me firstname.lastname@example.org or look into the Identity Shifting(TM) work at Lucid Living.
When asked what do you want in this situation, whatever the situation might be? The answers often come down to some sort of fairness. Why fairness? Is it because fairness is often equated with rightness or is it somehow equated with happiness? Is fairness what life is all about? Did the founding fathers of the United States get it wrong? Should it be life, liberty and the pursuit of fairness? Did psychology get it wrong and people really choose between pain and fairness?Continue reading →
(Special note: None of the groups, people or happenings that happened in the following were good/bad, right/wrong, should have/shouldn’t have and neither were the perceptions. They are all simply how Life appeared from here and how it reappeared.) Continue reading →
Once you decide to move past the small and limited belief filters of good/bad, right/wrong, the beauty of life really begins to shine and change shows up through curiosity and possibility without any need, must, should, or have to this or that.
Why is there Great Value in using the SUD’s scale, from 0 to 10? SUD stands for Subjective Units of Distress. Because anyone can use it and it meets you where you are and lets you know if you are making progress or not.One of the biggest contributors to stress and anxiety is being unable to measure progress. Whether it be your progress in a situation; another’s progress… be it a loved one, co-worker or a friend.Continue reading →
